The rules for entry to Poland-EU nationals

The principles of crossing the Polish border have been regulated separately in relation to foreigners – EU nationals and foreigners who have the citizenship of non-EU countries. Foreigner – a EU national, can enter and stay on Polish territory up to 3 months on the basis of a valid document confirming his identity and citizenship. This could be a passport or identity document (ID). A family member of a foreigner - a EU citizen, who himself does not have such a nationality, when entering the Polish territory, shall have a valid travel document (passport) and visa (if required).
